The website's focus is to create a simpler, and more convenient solution for refugees to find jobs in Modum and a platform for employers seeking workers. We understand the difficulty of integrating into a new culture and society and believe that one of the first steps to successful inclusion is integration into the Norwegian job market. Recruiting refugees is built to create a bridge between refugees that are looking for work and employers who are looking for a more diverse workforce and an opportunity to connect with different cultures and backgrounds. How it works Think LinkedIn, but specifically for refugees and immigrants. A place where job seekers can apply directly to jobs that are listed on the website and employers can find your job seeker profile and contact you directly! Job Seekers: Register with your email and password- it’s free! Create Job Seeker Profile-the built-in prompt makes it easy and accessible to add in your information and work experience.
